6 months have passed since Melody Publishing’s last visit to Al Azhar Islamic Boarding School Foundation (YPI), they met once again to discuss further collaboration prospects between each other in the latest Melody Publishing’s visit on April 22, 2025.
A Story of International Students: Scholarship Hunt
UAI has welcomed numerous international students from all over the world, including South Africa, Japan, Thailand, and China, over the years. Now, on May 07, 2025, two of UAI’s international students from Egypt wanted to further their studies by taking a master’s degree in Islamic Education at UAI.
Exploration of Collaboration: Krirk University – Second Visit
One month has passed since an enriching initial talk between UAI and Krirk University, wherein both parties discussed the possibilities of collaborating in seminars and exchanging students. On April 15, 2025, Krirk University again visited UAI to explore potential collaboration projects.
The Next Step: MoU Signing and Discussion of Collaboration with Melody Publishing
The cooperation between Melody Publishing and UAI began on December 4, 2024, when both parties held an international seminar and signed an Implementation Agreement (IA). Nevertheless, a formal understanding of collaboration was never formalized until the latest visit by the Melody Publishing delegations on April 22, 2025.
Exploration of Collaboration: Krirk University
For the past eight years, UAI has had a deeply rooted and active collaboration with Thai universities such as the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Prince of Songkla University, ranging from comparative study to reciprocal Master’s Degree scholarships and visiting lectures. On March 13, 2025, Krirk University visited UAI to explore potential collaboration between respective institutions.
Internship in Japan: Fly Your Dream in Narita
Internships have become the cornerstone for students to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional experience, especially during the inter-connected borders evolution we’re currently witnessing. Internships would give the students the necessary edge to compete with other international graduates. That is why UAI collaborated with Echo Partners on March 13, 2025.
