On the last day of the Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU) and Akemi Business School (ABS) visit to University Al-Azhar Indonesia (UAI), the delegations of both Indian universities took part in Sustain Fest that was held on February 16, 2025, in the Auditorium of UAI. The event included a talk show that invited beauty influencer, makeup artist, and Manager of Communication such as Nurul Fajrini, Riri Pursari, and Wira Widya Fitri. Then, there is a beauty class in the same room as the talk show and a bazaar in the lobby of UAI.

Dr. Kirti Dang Longani, Associate Director from Akemi Business Institute (ABS), and Dr. Sugandh Arora, Assistant Professor at the School of Management from Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU) strolled around the premises, they took a look around the beauty class and listened to the talk show. Afterwards, they exited the room and move to the next agenda.
Awarding Certificate Session

To commemorate the eventful visit, UAI awarded ABS and ADYPU delegations with a certificate of participation in UAI International Week and merchandise. Dr. Mohamad Ghozali Moenawar, Lc., M.M., Head of The Office of International Affairs and Partnership, awarded the delegations and remarked.
It’s our highest honor and delight to be able to host your esteemed institutions, we hope this experience will further strengthen the bond between UAI, ABS, and ADYPU and we hope this will also open up collaboration prospects.
Both Dr. Kirti and Dr. Sugandh echoed Dr. Ghozali sentiment and they would like to reciprocate the favor by extending an invitation to UAI to visit both ABS and ADYPU in the near future and to formulate other collaboration programs.

Exploring Expo

The hallway of UAI was filled with colorful diverse booths that offered many products or services ranging from decorations, food, beverages, handicrafts, beauty products, and clothes. Students, staff, and lecturers strolled the expo, taking pictures, haggling the prices, and buying them. ADYPU and ABS delegations were fully immersed in the Indonesian bazaar experience as they visited all the booths, talked about the products, and finally took part in haggling as well. At the end of the day, the expo left a memorable mark in their mind as they took a group picture in one of the booths.

Conclusion
The loud noise and beautiful assortments of booths in the expo mark the end of ABS and ADYPU delegation’s time at the University Al-Azhar Indonesia. The last four days have been a heartwarming, insightful, and productive visit where ABS and ADYPU delegations have enjoyed myriad programs ranging from seminars, cultural festivals, teaching in class, and finally, an expo. Their visit will be fondly remembered by UAI as it continues to forge strong ties between each party and begets numerous collaboration programs in the future. Hopefully, their visit won’t be the last and UAI will be able to visit the beauty of India and explore their universities as they have experienced Indonesia’s and UAI’s, Aaminn (BR).
