University Al-Azhar of Indonesia (UAI) students who were selected for the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), presented plaques toward their corresponding host universities as token of UAI and both students appreciation. This students are Keiko Annissa Arfananda from Arabic Language and Culture Study Program and Ida Ayu Mas Kusumaningtyas from Biology Study Program. Keiko was accepted to University of Limerick, Ireland, whilst Amelia was admitted to Daugavpils University, Latvia.
Keiko presented the plaques to Ailish Barry as the Executive Administrator for Study Abroad of University Limerick at October 28, 2021. Whereas, Amelia presented the plaques towards Liene Leikuma-Rimicane as the Senior Specialist of Cooperation Issues of Daugavpils University at October 29, 2021. The plaques was gesture of UAI and both students gratitude towards respective universities for taking care and nurturing both students during their IISMA stays. Hopefully in the foreseable future, UAI will have a robust and amicable cooperation with University of Limerick and Daugavpils University.
