As international cooperation now between universities have become more prevalent than ever, Indonesia universities were not willing willing to be left behind, University Al-Azhar of Indonesia (UAI) is one of them. Under Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) Region III invitation, UAI participated in TIE UPS International (TIE UPS) Webinar on “Collaboration Prospects with Indian Universities”. The webinar was held on November 10, 2021, as the objective of this webinar was to socialize universities under LLDIKTI region III regarding education cooperation with Indian Universities.
The Founder and Director of TIE UPS, Mr. Ravi Makhija, MBA concerned with the lack of cooperation representative between India and Indonesia HEI (Higher Education Institution) combined with the lack of India and Indonesia students representation that study in respective nations. Thus, TIE UPS strive on promoting and increasing education collaboration between India and Indonesia and ASEAN member countries.
In the vigor of cooperation and betterment, UAI is committed to forge collaboration with Indian Universities, in the form of webinar, guest lecture and workshop in the near future. To further strengthen the bond between Indian Universities and UAI, in the future UAI would like to realized study tour, twinning program, student exchange, transfer credit, dual degree and etc.
